Glebe Residence
A grand late Victorian terrace in the heart of Glebe, just a stone’s throw from the city and harbour, meticulously renovated for a modern family while preserving everything that makes the original architecture special - ornate cornices, intricate plasterwork, and stained glass that casts coloured light through the entry hall. The shoot was focused on capturing that conversation between old and new: the cedar shingles and arched brick portico giving way to a bold blue kitchen with marble splashback, rich original fireplaces paired with contemporary artwork, and formal rooms brought to life with colour, warmth and natural light. The period detailing rewards close attention, and the photography leaned into that layering throughout.
