Evatt House Birchgrove
A Birchgrove terrace with a quietly confident renovation - period brick and original detailing at the front, a warm contemporary addition opening to the garden and pool at the rear. The project was shot across multiple visits to capture how differently the house reads through the day: soft morning light filtering through steel-framed windows, the marble and timber of the kitchen at its most tactile in the afternoon, and the rear addition glowing at dusk as the garden settles into the evening.
